Transition from Primary School to Secondary School is a huge step for you and your child.
At Sully Primary School we pride ourselves on having close links with our local secondary schools and this helps the transition process to be as smooth as possible.
The majority of our pupils transition to Stanwell School in Penarth although a number of pupils have transitioned to other schools during recent years.
