PE LESSONS

Please can you ensure that your children have a PE kit in school ready for their PE lessons.

May we also remind you of the school policy on earrings?  Children with pierced ears must take them out for PE and sports-based after-school clubs. If their ears have been recently pierced and they are unable to remove their earrings then they will be unable to participate in the session.

VOG CORPORATE PLAN CONSULTATION

The Vale of Glamorgan Council is currently consulting on its draft Corporate Plan for 2020-25: ‘Working Together for a Brighter Future’

It is a five year plan and sets out how all parts of the Council will deliver its vision for ‘Strong Communities with a Bright Future’.  They have developed four new wellbeing objectives and the plan contains a range of actions that will be undertaken over the next five years to improve services and local well-being.

The new well-being objectives are:

  • To work with and for our communities
  • To support learning, employment and sustainable economic growth
  • To support people at home and in their community
  • To respect, enhance and enjoy our environment

The council is keen to involve the public in the consultation and looks forward to receiving feedback on the draft plan, so please follow the following link and take a look:
