SAFETY ISSUES

Please do not walk through the staff car park when arriving at school, particularly when attending Breakfast Club as this is when staff are entering the car park and manoeuvring their vehicles.

Also, especially during these dark evenings, please remind your children of ‘Stranger Danger’.

CHRISTMAS TREE FESTIVAL

Miss Harries and the Community Cadets have decorated a tree for the St Augustine’s Christmas tree Festival, so why not go along and see it (and maybe vote for it!).  The festival is open this Saturday and Sunday from 12.00 to 5pm, entry is £3 for adults and free for children.

FLU FORMS

The school nurse will be collecting our flu forms at the beginning of next week, after which she will be ordering the vaccine and no further forms will be accepted.  Please return any outstanding forms on Monday 9th December.

ATTENDANCE MATTERS!

Our combined attendance this week was a disappointing 94.3%, well below our target of 96.3%.

Miss Harries’ Y2 class are the week’s best attendees in the Foundation Phase with 96.6% and Miss Price’s Y4 class are the KS2 winners with 97.6%.  Well done to both classes – they will get a sticker on the graph and extra play next week!
